Why Well Being Wild?
Well Being Wild began in the wake of a shift in mindset and a return to the simple act of exercising outdoors. Holistic health, in body and mind for longevity, mobility and self acceptance.
I am Gemma and my background in coaching water sports, trampolining, multiple team sports and as a secondary and prep school teacher for many years; led to the creation my own business as a PT, Fitness Instructor and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
I wanted to support the fitness journeys of others, in beautiful settings, guiding connection to the outdoors through the body. Fitness should be fun, inclusive and supportive, promoting sustainable fitness and body positivity for all levels and abilities.
This is the community minded mission for WellBeingWild.
I am happiest outdoors, with my children, in the sea or on the South Downs running or walking - usually with a dog or two; riding my ex racehorse; strength training; practising my Yoga Flow; sitting in nature and listening to the birds or learning to walk on my hands!
Join me for classes at Firle Village Hall, WeAreSoulFit or Michelham Priory and in the fabulous green spaces of East Sussex.
