Fitness Circuit Class - This 45 minute, highly accessible full body workout is suitable for all stages of fitness. Whether you are starting at the beginning, returning from injury or looking to complement an established exercise program, this is the class for you. After guided warm up and stretching, the workout stations can be adapted and adjusted to suit individual needs, with and without equipment, creating a bespoke work out experience. Classes are held, weather dependant, in Firle Village Hall and outdoor locations in the stunning surrounding countryside of Firle Village. The session is completed with a guided cooldown and stretch.
