Fitness Circuit Class
Fitness Circuit Class - This 45 minute, highly accessible full body workout is suitable for all stages of fitness. Whether you are starting at the beginning, returning from injury or looking to complement an established exercise program, this is the class for you. After guided warm up and stretching, the workout stations can be adapted and adjusted to suit individual needs, with and without equipment, creating a bespoke work out experience. Classes are set against the backdrop of the beautiful Michelham Priory House and gardens, either in the comfort of the incredible events barn or taking in the tranquility of the lawns by the Priory Moat with birdsong as your soundtrack; Firle Village Hall and outdoor locations in the stunning surrounding countryside of Firle Village. The session is completed with a guided cooldown and stretch.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga - This 60 minute Vinyasa class is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary and can be adapted to suit your fitness and body type, creating a bespoke work out experience. Classes are run against the backdrop of the beautiful Michelham Priory House and gardens, either in the comfort of the incredible events barn or taking in the tranquility of the lawns by the Priory Moat with birdsong as your soundtrack; Firle Village Hall and outdoor locations in the stunning surrounding countryside of Firle Village. This dynamic flow builds on the strength and balance between body and mind with a warm up, then Sun Salutations and standing postures before finishing with floor work into a relaxation at the end. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience .
1-1 Personal Training
1-1 PT - Individualised and bespoke training sessions with level 3 personal trainer will involve an initial get to know you session to determine where you are and where you want to be before creating a unique exercise plan to tale care of your physical wellbeing which will in turn, enhance mental well being. Sessions can take place in your home or outdoor locations to suit your postcode. Equipment provided. Sessions will start with warm up and stretch before targeted work out and finishing with a cooldown.

Well Being Wild began in the wake of a shift in mindset and a return to the simple act of exercising outdoors. Holistic health, in body and mind for longevity, mobility and self acceptance. Where we can, we run our classes outside in the incredible East Sussex countryside to reap the benefits of ‘green exercise’ which include improving self esteem and mood in addition to reducing anxiety and depression. We all know that the physiological effects of exercise release endorphins, dopamine and serotonin which boost mental health and studies show that exercise in green spaces actually reduces the risk of poor mental health. So when we can, we go outside, even if it’s just for a ‘Wild Minute’ to breathe. You deserve it.
